Kelly IV Law, LLC (“Firm” or “We”) respects your individual privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, protect, use and disclose the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of those who visit our website. PII is information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, postal address and phone number. You are not required to provide any PII in order to view our web site.

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information from you in two ways. First, you provide us with certain information when you request more information about the firm and the services it provides through the website. Second, we collect certain information automatically as you interact with our website.

Information You Provide to Us. We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you interact with us as a client or prospective or former client, send us an email, fill out a form or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, messages, narratives or other information that you might provide to us in an online form, or when you contact us by e-mail or telephone.

Information We Automatically Collect. When you access our website, we may automatically collect certain information about you, including log data. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include browser type, device identifier, geographic location, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and other usage data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We use log data to monitor use of our sites and services, for security purposes and for technical administration.

How Do We Use Information We Collect

We may use information collected from or about you for any of the following purposes:

To respond to your requests. These requests may include processing orders and processing requests for information about our services.

To market our services. We may inform you about our services and otherwise send you information about the Firm. We also may use the information we collect for analytics purposes.

Verify Users. We may use personal information to manage and verify your account and the identity of users.

Other purposes. We may use personal information for any other legal, business or marketing purposes that are not inconsistent with the terms of this Policy.

With Whom Do We Share Your Information?

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

Internally. Communications with Firm personnel or representatives through email accounts provided by us are subject to monitoring and review in accordance with Firm policy and applicable law. In order to provide services through our web site or applications that require the input of information, we may need to share your information within the Firm. We may provide personal information to business partners, third-party vendors, contractors and other service providers, who may use the information to fulfill requests, contact you about product orders or in connection with the performance, operation, and support of our services, or as otherwise appropriate in connection with our services.

Third-Party Analytics Providers. We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics provider, although we may choose to in the future.

Third-Party Websites. Our site does not contain links to third-party websites, but it may in the future.
